A careers and recruitment portal for Joyful Medical Transportation that lets candidates browse open roles and complete an autonomous, AI-guided interview and assessment process entirely online.
About the project
Joyful Medical Transportation provides non-emergency medical transport, getting patients to the care they need with dignity, comfort and clinical precision. To keep pace with hiring for driver, ambulatory and support roles, the company needed a careers presence that could do more than list vacancies — it needed to screen, interview and assess applicants without tying up the recruitment team.
Technica delivered JMT Careers, a candidate-facing web application built around an autonomous AI-powered interview and testing system. Applicants search open roles by job title, department or location, filter by employment type such as full-time, part-time, contract or freelance, and open a listing to see department, location, seniority and pay range at a glance. From there the guided flow takes over: candidates create a profile with a simple email verification instead of a password, upload a CV in PDF or Word format for key details to be extracted automatically, answer a short chat-based interview at their own pace, and complete a brief skills assessment where the role calls for one.
The interface is designed to keep a multi-step process feeling effortless. A clear "How applying works" panel sets expectations up front, live counts of open roles, departments and locations give an immediate sense of opportunity, and progress is saved so applicants can leave and return with a continuation code. Warm brand colouring, generous card-based layouts and a fully responsive build mean the whole journey works just as comfortably on a phone as on a desktop — important for a workforce that is often on the road.
